How should I get ready for interior painters?
Clear what you can from the walls and move small items out of the way. We cover floors and furniture that stay. Tell us about pets, work-from-home hours and any rooms you need back first. We will walk the space with you at the free estimate and talk through the rest.
Do you paint condos and rental units?
Yes. We paint homes, condos and rentals. For a rental, tell us your move-out and move-in dates and who has the keys. We will plan around them and give you a free estimate. If it is an HOA building, check the association's rules for color and work hours.
Do you fix wall damage before painting?
Yes. Small cracks, nail holes and dings get patched, sanded and primed before any paint goes on. Bigger damage, like water stains or loose plaster, needs a closer look first. We will check it at the estimate and tell you plainly what has to be repaired.
